He submitted that though Review Petitioners have implemented the order passed by this Court, the BEST would

Instead of going into merits and demerits of the submissions made by the review Petitioners, we clarify that the order which has been passed in this case is passed in the facts and circumstances of this case and it will be open for the BEST to raise those issues in other Petitions. Review Petition is disposed of.
