The minutes of the order are taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. Suit No.513 of 2016 is disposed of in terms of the Minutes of Order. Refund of court fees if any, as per rules.

The plaintiff is directed to pay the fees and expenses of the learned Court Receiver as may be communicated by the learned Court Receiver within two weeks from the date of such communication. The Court Receiver shall inform the plaintiff's advocate about the charges payable by the plaintiff within two weeks from today.
