There was an ad-interim order dated 4th May 2016. The Defendant appeared before me on 15th June 2016 and sought time. I granted time until 1st July 2016 and directed the Notice of Motion to be listed today.

There is even now no reply. The Defendant is absent. None appears on his behalf.

For the reasons set out in the ad-interim order dated 4th May 2016, that order is confirmed as the final order on the Notice of Motion.

The Notice of Motion is disposed of accordingly. In addition, at the final disposal of the suit, the Plaintiffs will be entitled to apply for an order and decree against the Defendants for actual costs incurred on this Notice of Motion.
