Matter was heard on 22nd August, 2017 and was adjourned till today. No reply is filed opposing Chamber Summons. Mr. Vora has invited my attention to the prayers in the Chamber Summons. He submitted that Caveatrix Saroj Chandulal Ambani

19-CST-99-2017 expired on or about 10th December, 2013 leaving behind Dr. Sukumar Chandulal Ambani and Narendra Chandulal Ambani. They are already shown as heirs of Bhagwanji Fulchand Ambani. 3.

In view of the submissions as also for the reasons set out in the affidavit in support, Chamber Summons is made absolute in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b) with no order as to costs. Amendment shall be carried out within three weeks from today. Re-verification is dispensed with.
