These are signed on behalf of the Plaintiff by its authorized signatory Mr. Sameer Surukund. He is unable to attend the Court. Defendant No. 1 has signed for himself and on behalf of Defendant No. 3. Defendant No. 2 has also signed the Consent Terms. Defendant No. 1 is personally present in Court. The Advocates for the parties have also signed the Consent Terms. 10th August 2016

I am satisfied that the Consent Terms are not contrary to law, that they reflect true intention of the parties and have been drawn by the parties of their own volition. The Consent Terms are taken on record and marked "X" for identification. The undertakings in the Consent Terms are accepted as undertakings to the Court. 3.
The Suit is disposed of in accordance with the Consent Terms. Drawn up decree dispensed with.

Refund of court fee, if any, in accordance with the Rules. 5.
All pending Notices of Motions and interim applications are infructuous and are disposed of accordingly.
