Perused the above Application and the Affidavit in support thereto. For the reasons set out in the Affidavit in support of the above Application, the above Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b), which are reproduced hereunder :

"(a) that the Hon'ble Court be pleased to condone the delay of 237 days in filing the Company Application. (b) that the Hon'ble Court be pleased to set aside the order dated 13th September, 2013 passed by the Hon'ble Prothonotary and Senior Master for non-compliance of

Nitin 912-CA-385-2014 office objection in Company Petition (L) No. 259 of 2013 and restore the same to file".

Applicant / Petitioner to remove the office objections on or before 28th January, 2015, failing which the above Petition shall stand dismissed without reference to this Court.
