This is an Official Assignee's Report in regard to the insolvent, Basanti Baban Gawade. She and her husband were separately adjudicated insolvents. Mrs Gawade says that she is currently employed with JK Securities Private Limited at a salary of Rs.21,413 per month. Her salary account is in the ICICI Bank, Mira Road Branch, Account No. 001901024421. She requests in this application that she be allowed to continue working, drawing her 2nd May 2019

956-OAR12-19.DOC salary and operating her salary account. She says she will need this for her day to day expenses for herself and her family. She has agreed to deposit Rs.2,500/- per month, a little over 10% of her monthly salary, each month with the Official Assignee. I will therefore allow her to continue working, receiving a salary and operating her captioned salary account but on condition that she deposit on or before the 12th of each month an amount of Rs.2,500/- with the Official Assignee.

If there is any default in making this deposit the Official Assignee will be entitled to immediately apply for a cessation of this order and for a restraint against the insolvent from using her salary account.

This order will operate from the date of adjudication. That order was passed on 15th January 2019. This means that the insolvent will have to deposit Rs.2,500/- per month for the months of January to May 2019 and thereafter Rs.2,500/- per month. 4.
