The company application is for condonation of delay in filing the company appeal. After amendment of the company appeal, the appeal has been served afresh on the Respondents. Learned Counsel for the Applicant (original Appellant) tenders an affidavit of service in proof. For the reasons stated in the affidavit in support of the application, the delay of 40 days in filing the appeal is condoned. The appeal shall be now numbered and placed on board for admission on 10 September 2015. The Appellant shall intimate this order to the Respondents and file an affidavit of service by the next date.
