Learned counsel for both the parties state that the accounts in respect of the flats sold by each partner which belonged to the suit firm would be furnished to each other within two weeks from today. Both the parties have agreed that they will not create any further third party rights in respect of any of the flats forming part of the project undertaken by the partnership firm until further orders. The statement is accepted.

The petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. Both the parties are at liberty to seek further interim measures before the learned arbitrator under section 17 of the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996. No order as to costs.
