Chamber Summons (L) No.184 of 2017 is for deletion of Plaintiff No.2 and for impleadment of the Respondent as party defendant to the testamentary suit. By consent, the chamber summons is allowed in terms of prayer clause -(a). The amendment to be carried out within one week from today.

The suit is disposed of in terms of the consent terms signed between the parties including newly added Defendant No.5 (taken on record and marked 'X' for identification). The statements and undertakings contained therein are accepted.
