The Petition is for leave under Clause XII of the Letters Patent. The proposed suit is a money recovery suit under banking transaction. The loan was secured by a mortgage. The property is outside the jurisdiction of this Court. A material part of the cause of action arose in the jurisdiction of this Court. I am satisfied that with leave granted under Clause XII of the Letters Patent, this Court will have the jurisdiction to entertain and try the suit. 2.
