Heard. The learned Counsel for the petitioner states that the only relief sought by the petitioner is a direction to the respondent-Corporation to consider the application filed by the petitioner for water connection. We are afraid, that the relief sought by the petitioner cannot be granted as the said relief is granted in favour of the petitioner by the order dated 28.3.2014 in Writ Petition (L) No.818 of 2014. If the Corporation has not considered the application filed by the petitioner for water connection, the petitioner has other remedies. The petitioner, however, cannot file successive petitions for seeking the reliefs that stand granted. 1 / 2
