Considering the contentions raised in the affidavit tendered by the Applicant in support of the Chamber Summons, the order passed by the Prothonotary and Senior Master deserves to be quashed and set aside and same is accordingly quashed and set aside. 3.

The Writ Petition stands restored to its original number. In the event of failure of the Petitioner to remove the office objections, the order passed today in Chamber Summons shall be deemed to have been recalled.
