The Petition challenges provisional voter's list, which was finalised by Respondent No. 3 on 4 March 2016. Sharayu.

The elections pursuant to the said provisional voter's list have also been held on 11 May 2016. If any of the person feels that a person who was not entitled to implead in the voter's list, has been included or a person included to the voter's list has been excluded, can very well challenge the said issue under Section 191 of the Maharashtra Co-operative Society Act. 3.

In that view of the matter, we do not find that the said fact can be entered into under Article 226 of the Constitution of India.

Accordingly, the Petition is rejected.
