Having heard learned counsel for the parties and having gone through the copy of the communication dated 3rd August 2017 tendered by learned Senior Counsel for the RespondentMCGM, we are of the view that the directions contained in the order dated 10th October 2016 passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.825 of 2015 have been complied with by the Respondents. In the circumstances, with liberty to the Petitioner to challenge the said decision dated 3rd August 2017 before the appropriate forum, we dispose of this Contempt Petition. (M.S.
