By consent, Mr Gaurav Joshi is appointed as sole Arbitrator. All disputes are referred to his sole arbitration. The Petitioner will file Mr Joshi's statement of disclosure as required by the Act on or before 6th June 2017. Mr Joshi is present in Court when this order is passed and is, therefore, aware of his appointment. 2.

The present Petition may be filed as an application for interim relief under Section 17 before Mr Joshi. The Respondent will also be at liberty to file their own interim application, if necessary. 24th May 2017

Mr Joshi is requested to dispose of the interim applications at his earliest and, if possible, within five months of such applications being filed.
