The learned counsel for the respondent on instructions of Shri K.D.Chavan, Inspector (Market) states that the application made by the petitioner (Exhibit-A to the petition) shall be decided by appropriate Authority of the first respondent-Mumbai Municipal Corporation within a period of four weeks from today. We accept the aforesaid statement and pass the following order:

(1) If the concerned Officer of the first respondent-Corporation wants any document in respect of the application (Exhibit-A to the petition), written intimation to that effect shall be sent calling upon him to submit documents within a period of two weeks from the

(2) We direct the concerned Officer of the first respondent-Municipal Corporation to decide the application at Exhibit-A within a period of eight weeks from today;

(3) All contentions which are raised in the petition by the petitioner are kept open;

(4) Writ petition is disposed of on above terms;

(5) All concerned to act upon an authenticated copy of this order.
