1] After the institution of this petition, the respondent has been transferred to Vapi. The challenge in this petition is to the order made by the Central Administrative Tribunal (CAT) in the matter of transfer of the respondent to Chennai. The transfer order was struck down, inter alia, on the ground that the respondent had not completed minimum period of service at a particular station.

2] In view of the subsequent developments, we are satisfied that the reliefs applied for in this petition have been rendered infructuous. Accordingly, this petition is disposed of as infructuous.
