The Suit is settled. Consent Terms are drawn up. These are signed on behalf of the Plaintiff by its Head (Legal) Mr. Samir Pradhan, on behalf of Defendant No. 1 by its partner Mr. Satish Patel, and on behalf of Defendant No. 1 by its Partner Mr. Sanjeev Kumar and by the parties' respective Advocates. All the signatories are personally present in Court.

Having seen the Consent Terms and being satisfied that these are not contrary to law, reflect true intention of the parties and are 15th June 2016

The Suit is disposed in accordance with the Consent Terms, i.e., a decree in terms of prayer clauses (a), (b) and (c) of the Suit. 4.
Drawn up decree dispensed with.

Refund of court fee, if any, in accordance with the Rules. 6.
The Court Receiver appointed to stand discharged without passing accounts on payment of his costs, charges and expenses by the Plaintiff.
7.
In view of disposal of the Suit, the Notice of Motion is infructuous and disposed of as such.
