Ms.Panchmatia appearing for applicant states that in the Site Minutes dated 25th July 2018 at Exh. 'A' to the application, for items mentioned at Sr.Nos.13 to 16, applicant will pay a lump-sum amount of Rs.2 lakhs to the official liquidator and this amount will be paid by 7th August 2018.

Shri Aithe submitted that the goods mentioned in the Site Minutes dated 25th July 2018 at Exh. 'A' have to be valued and Rs.2 lakhs may not be the ideal figure. The winding up order was passed in September 2017 Shraddha Talekar PS 1/2

32.ca.211.2018.cp.441.2016.doc and the premises has been lying locked since then. Therefore, considering the nature of the items mentioned, I am inclined to accept Rs. 2 lakhs. Therefore, the offer of applicant to pay Rs. 2 lakhs for the Items at Sr.Nos.13 to 16 of Exh.'A' is accepted.

So far as Items at Sr.Nos.1 to 12 of Exh.'A' and the Items at 'A-1' are concerned, the counsel for applicant, on instructions from applicant, states that they will parcel the said items and send the same to the godown of official liquidator. Once the liquidator is satisfied that all those items have been moved to the liquidator's custody, the liquidator shall forthwith hand over the keys of the premises to applicant.

Application accordingly disposed.
