This application seeks permission to erect a monsoon shed on the third and fourth floor of the suit building for the ensuing monsoon. Similar relief has been granted earlier for the earlier year. This particular order is necessary, since there is a status quo order generally obtaining in the matter. The Defendants are granted ad-interim relief in terms of prayer clause (a).

Learned Counsel for the Plaintiff does not desire to file any reply. Since the ad-interim order practically disposes of the whole motion, the motion is disposed of in terms of prayer clause (a). No order as to costs. (S.C. Gupte, J.)
