1. The suit seeks damages for alleged defamation and in the meantime an injunction. The Interim Application seeks a mandatory order directing removal the offensive parts from social media and an injunction restraining the defendant from hereafter posting, writing any defamatory statement or comments in future.

2. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the defendant states that she has instructions from the defendant to state that without prejudice to his defence to the claim, all statements, posts and alleged to be defamatory have already been removed. confirmed by the learned counsel for the plaintiff. Ms. Waknis also states that hereafter no further defamatory statements or comments pertaining to the plaintiff will be posted on any media. I therefore pass the following order;

(i) There will be an interim order in terms of prayer clause (b). (ii) Interim application is disposed in the above terms. (iii) Time to file written statement is extended by four weeks from today.
