The petition is filed seeking direction to the RespondentCorporation to take action of demolition of the subject unauthorised structure carried out by Respondent No. 2.

By the order dated 25th April 2018, this Court directed the Respondent-Corporation to look into the complaint fled by the Petitioners and take appropriate action. In pursuance of this order, inspection was carried out by the officers of MCGM and inspection report is prepared which is annexed to affidavit dated 5th January 2019 filed by one Ganesh Thakur. The inspection report shows that the disputed portion-W.C. toilet is demolished and there is no construction work in progress at the subject site. The report is not disputed by the learned counsel for the Petitioner. patilsr 1 / 2
