Learned Counsel for the Petitioner states that in view of the subsequent events, in that, the Liquidator has been appointed for Respondent No.3-Company by the NCLT and the Respondent No.4-HDIL is under corporate insolvency liquidation process, he seeks leave to withdraw the Petition with liberty to file a fresh Petition setting out all the subsequent events also in the proposed Petition.
