Perused the Chamber Summons and the Affidavit in support thereto. For the reasons stated in the Affidavit in support of the Chamber Summons, the Chamber Summons is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) and (b), which are reproduced hereunder :

(a) that the Plaintiff be allowed to amend the Plaint and Notice of Motion by adding the name and address of Mrs. Rajwinder Kaur who is the sole proprietor of Defendant No.1 and be allowed to amend the cause title of Plaint and Notice of Motion in the manner set out in the Schedule annexed hereto;

(b) that the Plaintiff be allowed to amend the Plaint by ssp 1/2

chs 676 of 2015 (964).sxw amending the description of Defendant Nos.1 and 2 in the manner set out in the Schedule annexed hereto and to make such other consequential amendments as may be deemed necessary in the facts and circumstances;
