By consent of parties, the petition is disposed of in terms of the following order :

(i) The Respondent shall pay a sum of Rs.7 lakhs to the Petitioner within three weeks from today;

(ii) On payment of the amount as above, the petition shall stand disposed of;

(iii) In the event the amount is not deposited within three weeks from today, as recorded above, the petition shall stand admitted without further reference to the Court; (iv) The Petitioner will be at liberty to mention the matter for directions in case the amount is not paid within the stipulated period;

(v) There shall be no order as to costs.
