Petitioner has an alternate remedy available under Section 17 of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Securities Interest Act, 2002 for redressal of his grievances. It would be open to the petitioner to avail of the remedy available in law. Keeping open all the contentions of the petitioner for consideration by the alternate forum, writ petition is disposed off.
