This petition challenges a speaking order passed by the Assistant Engineer, Municipal Corporation of Greater Mumbai, under Section 351 of the Mumbai Municipal Corporation Act, 1888. The speaking order was passed in pursuance of a notice to show cause issued to about twenty five structures existing on the suit plot including the structures covered by the present petition. In sofar as other structures are concerned, similar writ petitions filed by their respective occupants have been considered by this Court and dismissed by an order dated 19 April 2018. For the same reasons, discussed in the order dated 19 April 2018, even this petition has no merit and is dismissed.
