The Petitioner had filed the Writ Petition No. 3786 of 2021 which was disposed of by the Division Bench of this Court on 28 February 2022. The direction given to the Respondent No.4 was to furnish copy of the opinion to the Petitioner within a period of by JYOTI PRAKASH PAWAR Date:

17. CONPW 32.22.doc one week from the date the Respondent No.4 furnishing such copy. The Respondents filed an application for extension of the said period on 14 March 2022.

The Petitioner filed the present Contempt Petition on 8 April 2022 contending that the time bound direction has not been complied with. In the meanwhile, the application filed by the Respondents (Interim Application (Lodg.) No. 9336 of 2022) for extension was disposed of by the Division Bench of this Court on 2 May 2022 that the Respondents have communicated the reasons. The Respondents had duly sought for extension by filing an application. Even before the application had come up for consideration, the Respondents had communicated the reasons. 4.

In the light of these steps being taken by the Respondents, we are not inclined to proceed further in the contempt jurisdiction.

The Contempt Petition is disposed of.
