The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the present petition is based on oral threat given by some officers of the Corporation to demolish the subject stationery shop of the petitioner, which according to the petitioner is run on license issued by the Corporation. It is submitted that the said license is renewed and is valid upto the year 2019. It is informed by the learned counsel that only petitioner's shop is selected, though there are adjoining shops, which are identically placed.

We have perused the record placed before us.

Without expressing any opinion, we observe that in case the Corporation decides to take any action against the petitioner in respect of the subject shop or decides to cancell the license or to demolish the subject shop, then 15 days notice be given to the petitioner and follow the procedure in accordance with law.
