Though belatedly, the concerned contemnors have complied with the order of which the breach is complained of. In view of the compliance, it cannot be said that there is a deliberate breach on the part of the respondents. Hence, it is not necessary to initiate any action under the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971. 2.

Accordingly, petition is disposed of.
