2, 5 and 6 are present on Video conference all parties are known to each other and all of them confirm execution of the Consent terms. In view thereof I pass the following order :
(i) Suit is decreed in terms of the consent terms which is taken on record and marked "X" for identification.
(ii) In view of the disposal of the suit all interim applications are disposed. (iii) In view of the disposal of the Suit, by consent of plaintiff and defendant nos.3 and 4 Notice of Motion no. 2070 is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a).
(iv) Prothonotary and Senior Master to ensure that LIC policy is handed over within two weeks along with other original documents filed by the appropriate parties with acknowledgment.
