"(a)The Plaintiff Bank may be directed to deposit a sum of Rs.11,202/- towards costs, charges and expenses of the Court Receiver as per final statement of account within time as may be stipulated by this Hon'ble Court;
(b)costs of this Report may kindly be awarded in the sum of Rs.3,000/- (Rupees Three Thousand only);
