This Appeal relates to Assessment Year 2005-06. 2.

None appears in support of the appeal on behalf of the Revenue. It appears that the Revenue is not interested in prosecuting this appeal. We note that the tax effect involved in the present appeal is Rs.18.84 lakhs as indicated in para 9 of the appeal memo. This possibly explain the reason why none appears on behalf of the Revenue. In any case we dismiss the appeal on account of non-prosecution.
