Both, the petitioner and the advocate are absent. Though the petitioner is common to Writ Petition No. 1733 of 2013 and Writ Petition No. 2532 of 2014, we find that in Writ Petition No.2532 of 2014 the very petitioner is ready to argue the matter. That very petitioner in this petition is not attending the case though having engaged an advocate. Even the advocate has not J.V.Salunke,P.S.

In these circumstances, this writ petition is dismissed for want of prosecution. Any ad-interim order made therein will stand vacated forthwith.
