By an order dated 1st August 2016, three boxes or cartons of documents were directed to be retained by Mr. Kane. Mr. Kane now has instructions to state that since soft copies of these documents have been transmitted to the US District Court in Delaware, physical documents are not required by that Court. In order to ensure that these documents are not accidentally lost or damaged, Mr. Kane is directed to write to the parties from whom the documents were obtained to collect these from Mr. Kane's law offices.

The parties in question are directed by virtue of this order to preserve the originals and to make them available when required either by this Court or by the US District Court in Delaware. 21st September 2016
