Shri Aithe, company prosecutor states that the official liquidator has advertised the petition in Free Press Journal and Navshakti in compliance with order dated 20th July 2018 and the official liquidator has not received any claim or objection from any party. Shri Aithe states that an amount of Rs.1,632/- is the shortfall in the advertisement charges paid by applicant. Shri Aithe also states that since the company was ordered to be wound up Shraddha Talekar PS 1/2

6.cal.235.2018.cp.1062.2015.doc and the office machinery of the official liquidator was activated, some cost may be imposed.

Applicant, therefore, is directed to pay the balance amount of Rs.1,632/- plus a sum of Rs.30,000/- as cost to the official liquidator and this amount to be paid within one week from today. Upon this amount being paid to the official liquidator, the order dated 8th February 2018 winding up the company shall be recalled. The Prothonotary and Senior Master, High Court, Bombay to return the amount of Rs.10,000/- to petitioner subject to deduction, if any. Notwithstanding disposal, all office objections to be removed and application to be finally numbered within one week and only thereupon, the official liquidator will be discharged.
