Heard Mr. Velar, learned Counsel for the petitioner. 2.

By this Petition under Section 2 of the Bombay Regulation VIII of 1827 (for short 'Act'), petitioner has prayed for issuance of a legal Heirship Certificate to the petitioner certifying that, 1) Doris Kenneth Gomes (widow) and 2) Basilica Kenneth Gomes (daughter ) are the only heirs and legal representatives of Kenneth Anthony (Sunny) Gomes (for short 'deceased').

Mr. Velar submitted that by order dated 29.06.2017, Petition was accepted and proclamation was made returnable after eight weeks. In pursuance thereof, proclamation was issued on 15.07.2017. He has filed affidavit of affixation of proclamation dated 20.07.2017. He further states that no objections were received in pursuance of the proclamation. 4.

In view thereof, Petition is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a). Order accordingly.
