The Learned Counsel has drawn our attention to the Representation dated 29th July, 2016 of the Petitioner addressed to the Principal Secretary, Government of Maharashtra, Urban Development Department (Exh. N to the Petition). He submits that the only direction the Petitioner is seeking is that the said Representation be decided expeditiously. We accede to the request of learned Counsel for the Petitioner and accordingly direct the Respondent Nos.1-Principal Rekha Patil 1/2
