The limited grievance made in this petition is that even though a statutory Appeal has been filed by the Petitioner, which is still pending before the Appellate Authority, no interim order has been passed by the Appellate Authority on the stay Application and protection given to the Petitioner by the First Authority is upto 27 April 2015. 1/2

Learned A.G.P. states that the Appeal will be decided within eight weeks from today by the Appellate Authority. The statement is accepted. Till the Appeal is decided, the interim protection accorded to the Petitioner shall continue. The protection shall continue for a further period of two weeks from the time the decision of Appellate Authority is communicated to the Petitioner, if the decision of the Appellate Authority is adverse to the Petitioner.
