Shri Choudhary, junior advocate has submitted that the counsel appearing on behalf of the Petitioner is unwell and, therefore, he has not appeared before this Court for attending the matter. 2.

This Bench is specifically constituted for the purpose of hearing the review petition. The impugned order was passed on 12th March, 2010 and the review petition was filed in the year 2013. Hence, there is gross delay in filing the review petition.

We have perused the review petition. We are of the view that no ground is made out for reviewing the order passed by this Court on 12.2.2010. Even otherwise, we find that the original petition itself has becomes infructuous by efflux of time. The review petition is disposed of. B.P.COLABAWALLA, J.
