The Manager, Axis Bank, Worli Branch, is present in Court. He has submitted statement of Account No.915020040412743 which stands in the name of Mr. Amogh Sawant. The said Account has a credit balance of Rs.42,52,642.56. The Axis Bank is therefore, directed to transfer by RTGS an amount of Rs.32,00,000/- in favour of the Plaintiff in Account No.0170101132930 maintained with Canara Bank, Chembur Camp Branch, Mumbai (IFSC Code : CNRB0000170) on or before 9th August, 2018.

In view of the above order, the Suit is disposed of. Refund of Court Fees, if any, as per rules. Notice of Motion No.1283 of 2018 and Notice of Motion (L) No.1855 of 2018 also stands disposed of. A copy of this order shall be forthwith forwarded to Tilak Nagar Police Station who will take note of the fact that the dues of the Plaintiff are settled.
