Today when the matter came up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners has made a limited request to dispose of the petition by directing respondent no.2 Registrar of Firms to consider and take appropriate decision on the petitioner's application dated 19.2.2018 Exhibit "B" for registration of the petitioner firm.

According to learned counsel for the petitioners, petitioners have complied with all the necessary formalities and deposited the nilegaonkar

Having considered the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners as also the learned AGP, we dispose of this petition by directing second respondent to consider and take appropriate decision on the petitioner's application Exhibit "B" as expeditiously as possible but not latter than six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. It will be open for the petitioners to make good the deficiencies, if any within one week from today.
