The learned counsel appearing for the Petitioners states that he has not received any instructions and approximately since last one year, the Petitioners have not contacted him. We have perused the affidavit of Shri Vilas B. Jadhav, the Administrative Officer (Market Department) of the second Respondent Municipal Corporation. We have perused the Paragraph Nos.4 and 5 of the said affidavit. We accept the statements made therein. In view of the said statements, nothing survives in this Petition and the same is disposed of.
