3 / 3 have opted for settlement under the Direct Tax Vivad se Vishwas Act, 2020. Therefore, writ petition is required to be withdrawn. 3.
Since the petition has been filed by the revenue, Mr. Walve, learned standing counsel to obtain instructions regarding withdrawal of the appeal.
