The learned counsel Ms. Bharucha, appearing for the Union of India submits that Ministry of Environment Forest has informed her by a communication dated 5th July, 2016 that pursuant to the order of this Court, a proposal dated 27th January, 2015 of Maharashtra Coastal Zone Management Authority was considered by the National Coastal Zone Management Authority in its 30th meeting 1 / 2

WP. 1579 - 15 held on 24th May, 2016, and has recommended for considering the plot in non-CRZ area, subject to the approval of the Competent Authority. Said communication dated 5th July, 2016 is taken on record. In view of this communication, nothing survives in the petition.
