Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Petitioner - Union of India tendered a copy of the letter, which is signed by the Assistant Postmaster General (Staff). Said copy of the letter is taken on record. It is mentioned in the said letter that the Department has taken a decision to withdraw the writ petition. In view of this letter, he seeks leave to withdraw the petition. Writ petition is allowed to be withdrawn and is accordingly disposed.
