Heard Ms. Sathe, learned Counsel for petitioner and Mr. Suresh Kumar, learned Counsel for respondents.

Ms. Sathe, during the course of her submission, stated that even if the respondents dispose of petitioner's condonation of delay application immediately, that would solve the problem for petitioner. Mr. Suresh Kumar stated that he would submit to the orders of the Court. Therefore, respondent No.3 before whom the appeal and condonation of delay application is pending, shall dispose of the condonation of delay application filed by petitioner on 24th December 2020, within 6 weeks from today. If for any reason, respondent no.3 is unable to locate the appeal and/ Meera Jadhav

2/2 916-wp-1087-21.doc or condonation of delay application, it shall within two weeks from today inform petitioner and petitioner shall provide copy of the appeal as well as condonation of delay application.

Both petitions accordingly disposed of.

Naturally, if petitioner is aggrieved by any order passed, petitioner will have liberty to exercise all rights in accordance with law. We clarify that we have not made any observations on the merits of the matter.
