In the above matter, Prothonotary and Senior Master had passed conditional order on 21st February, 2012 directing the petitioner to remove office objections and to get the same numbered and register within two weeks after the disposal of Notice of Motion No.2030 of 2011 and Notice of Motion No.2031 of 2011 failing which the petition to stand rejected under Rule 986. By an order dated 26th March, 2014 this court has already rejected the Notice of Motion No.2030 of 2011. In view of the dismissal of the Notice of Motion and in view of the conditional order passed by the learned Prothonotary and Senior Master, petition stands rejected.
