Having regard to the terms of the decree, the amount of Rs. 1,90,00,000/- deposited with this Court will, on maturity of the investment, be allowed to be withdrawn by the Decree Holder with all accrued interest. The Decree Holder may provide bank details so 30th July 2018

43-CHSCD468-18.DOC that the remittance can be made by RTGS or online transfer. The decree will then stand satisfied.

The Decree Holder will get the decree marked fully satisfied within three weeks of the amount being withdrawn by the Decree Holder.

The Execution Application will stand disposed of in these terms. The Chamber Summons is infructuous and is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
